Q: How long does it take for my items to reach me?
Under normal circumstances, we will ship your parcel within 3 working days upon receipt of payment and order. Depending on your destination and preferred shipping method, delivery period can be from 3 to 15 working days. The approximate delivery time is displayed after you key in your shipping address. We have no control over delivery date or time once your parcels leave our office. For special arrangements on delivery date and time, kindly contact the courier service provider stated in your email notification.
Q: Can shipment be made to multiple addresses for one order of two or more items?
No. We deliver one order to one destination.
Q: How will I know if my items have been shipped?

Q: Will I be able to cancel or change my order after it is paid?
